make $100 a lead? Both websites are free to join and it's easy to get email leads for people
whom are looking for loans
You will be making most of your money off local businesses helping them post ads on
Craigslist.com and Subleasing or subletting any kind of real estate. The poor mans way to
make money of real estate. Please Note: You will not ever own any real estate in this
business method program BUT who cares! You are making money off homes and office 
building

3rd I really do not like eBay. Yes I am saying that I make money off eBay but not a lot!!! 

4th With these 5 businesses running, I do make a nice living. I am not saying that you 
will make big money with this. Like any business, you have to work at it and run the biz

5th I am cheap! I like FREE stuff for my 5 businesses I started! If you want to spend 
more or less on any company you start. It is a free country! I just do not want you to say.
I spent $6 on this business ideas and I spending a lot of out side money. Think FREE!
Try to get free or cheap business cards. Get a Metro PCS cell phone plan for $40 a
month. If you do not have a computer at home? Go to your local library and use a public
PC

6th Please know "HOW TO" search Google.com. People please, if I have to write every 
website on this booklet then it would be 1000 pages long? This business is all about the
internet to help other people or businesses that do not know to search Google or know
how to post HTML codes on Craigslist.com.

9th With any business, you have to work at it. Do not think real estate brokers and other 
local business clients will contact you. You have to contact them! Help show them your
business model and how you can help them. Also with the the subleasing part of the
business. You have to post HTML ads to get sublets. It is easier then whole selling
property.

10th I am not a PC tech person or guy, Most of this business ideas are easy once you 
know what websites to use. If you the sites then you are a pro. Always tell business
clients that you can post advertisements like a pro! Never tell anyone they can do HTML
codes themselves. This was the biggest mistake when I started. All the websites that you
are going to use are on the internet. I will list some of them but you Google most other
and same website services, if you do not like one website service. You can try another?

11th This is the most important objective with my or this business 
Build a client list for both future local business and most important. Your sublets or
subleases.

and Why I Started this Craigslist Biz


The main reason I started this business? $ money $. This was and is the simplest
why to start a business without breaking my back and my bank. I also wanted to
create a simple business that was easy for me to do and hard for other people.
          A little background on me and why I started this home based business. I was born with
           cerebral palsy. I am 44 years old, single and was born in New Jersey (Jersey Shore) I did
  go to college from 1986 to 1992. (The 6 year college plan). I worked in Atlantic City
  casino's for years. Then I moved to North Palm Beach, Florida in 1995. I worked for
 Publix Supermarkets for $5.50 + tips a hour. I was a front end help. One day Bob Kennedy, the store manager wrote me up for taking a tip. 
Then pinched my ass because I taken another $0.50 tip. I went back to Trump Plaza for 2 more years. 
For years I went  from job to part time job. Moved back and fourth from Florida to NJ looking for
something to do to make money. Two years ago I got hired at Wal-mart part time.
Wal-Mart paid me $8.00 an hour, Trump paid me $8.25 an hour in 1987. Wal-Mart in the
worst company on earth but again I needed a job. I lasted 100 days at Wal-mart. I got
fired. I will tell you why I got fired but it was bull shit. I am telling you this because I
needed to start my own thing


Now I always wanted my own business but with NO money! I asked myself:
What can I start with no money?. How can I make money in real estate without no
money and without whole selling bull shit? How can I make money money without
eBay.com. Yes I always had eBay auctions running but never $300 a day these other
geru's tell you on TV and even on eBay? and yes you bought this info from me on eBay
but this is part of my company I am not making $300 a day on eBay. Believe me, not
even close. Try $10 to $50 a day. I am telling you this because most business people limit
themselves with this kind of work. My eBay auctions are just part of my internet
company. $10 or $1000 is still money. Again $10 in profit is still $10
Now how can I make $$$money$$$ in real estate without no money? Remember I hate Whole
selling property. Then I thought Sublets or subleasing property with any property
Then How can I start a service business without any money? I answered a advertisement
on Craigslist helping a used car dealership to post ads on Craigslist in West Palm Beach
Florida.
I started posting ads for this guy for $75 a week. That's $300 a month. I thought to
myself. Shit there are a lot of used car dealerships in Palm Beach County and NJ.
I get 1000 simple Black/White business cards, cell phone, free email address and a free website....
I have 10 used car dealerships in Florida and I'm always working on more. I am working
on NJ because I love vacationing in the summers
Now I'm limiting myself again, so I started targeting real estate brokers and law firms in
my local area to help post on Craigslist.com. Door to Door but it's working
I am charging less then the used car lots because There are more law firms in the area $40
a month I charge Also I use mostly stock pictures for the CL ads
You can also start ads on Craigslist to advertise sales people for this business They can
do the leg work! but make sure these people are on % based or commission based I like
50/50
or 20% for you and 80% for your sale person. Do not be greedy. Your sales people are
doing the work for you...
 Cheap ways to start  selling on Craigslist

1) Cell Phones Metro PCS is Cheapest for unlimited use $40 a month
2) get a facebook page it's free
3) Get a website so you can show off your work to local business people. Use Wordpress.org
or weebly, webs and or blinkweb.com or Google Sites
4) Get a clean email address for the biz. Do Not use to sign up for anything because you may
get spam. You want to read all your business emails without junk emails. You may miss a
email from a new or old client
5) Get a many Phone V Accounts for many Craigslist advertising accounts as possible, so
you can post most ads for your clients. Use your home phone, cell phone, your mother phone
numbers, your friends number
You can buy PVA's on eBay for $5 each or less
6) Network yourself and your new internet businesses .Join real estate clubs and other local
clubs. You will get your Craigslist.com clients this way ( Your Craigslist posting business )

7) Get 1000 Black and White business cards. This is the cheapest way to advertise your
business
8) Start know how to use Google. Please start researching for these 5 businesses You have to

List of the 5 ways that I make money with Craigslist

1. $100 lead fee from Prosper.com and leadingclub.com These two websites will pay
you $100 fee if someone takes a person to person loan out. You just need a valid
persons email to send to Prosper.com. You need to sign up for Prosper and fax them
your ID to become a lender. Leadingclub.com is easier to sign up for!

2. Subleasing or subletting commercial and single family homes by posting ads on
 
Craigslist for getting sublets. I call this the poor mans way to make money in real
estate without whole selling property

3. Posting ads for local businesses on Craigslist.com and help social network the local
 
businesses

4. Play the numbers game by using CL to buy cars, boats,
 
antiques barter bikes boats books business computer free furniture general jewelry
materials sporting tickets tools by using your cell phone or simply emailing the person.
LOW-BALL the person and then resell on Craigslist or eBay.com. With a cell phone or
email address low-balling people is great
Low-ball is buy real low price and sell high!

5. Post Investors wanted ads on Craigslist. I know it sounds crazy but it works. I do this
 
all the times looking for small money investors. Once I posted an investors wanted
advertisement for a casino ship for Palm Beach County, FL. You know out of Palm
Beach inlet. The investor was from New York and I posted in the Miami section of
Craigslist. This is how powerful a Craiglist.org ad is great
Craigslist is free to post anything and the site reaches millions of people
Quick note: The casino ship deal went bad. I just could not find the right 450+ foot ship
for the waters off of Florida

*5a* ( SIDE NOTE ) Sell on eBay> use method #4 or go to your local Goodwill.org stores, church thrift
 
stores, garage sales to find products to sell on eBay.com
Most “How to sell on eBay” courses tell you to find a whole-sellers website or websites.
DO NOT buy or pay for any wholesale bull sit courses
People I am writing this post in my Yahoo Notepad so I can save time posting about
online wholesale websites. DO NOT USE wholesale websites. There a waste of time and
mostly money.

If you trying to use these sites to make money on eBay.com? Do NOT USE these
 
websites!!!

Every is now using wholesalers from China. Do not use any of these websites.
 

1) They all double dip on eBay; meaning these sites make you pay a up-front fees to use
 
there service and then sell the same products on eBay that you purchased from them.

2) Fake products. China rips off a lot of stuff. re-mass-produces
 

3) Out of stock
 


This is a good way to get kicked of eBay and get negative feedback
 
Other wholesale websites scams.

1) a lot of stuff "out of stock" = negative feedback
 

2) profit margin is only 10% to low as 5% on products. You will loss money
 
You want to get wholesale stuff to sell on eBay? Then go to your local Goodwill store,
thrift shops, garage sales or your church store and or non-profit
PLEASE NOTE: a eBay business is hard work with any other business but with eBay
You do not have a store front.

1 SUBLEASING a PROPERTY



How to make money with subletting is the way I make money in real estate without
owning any property. I call this my poor men’s way to just make money on real estate is
subleasing property
Option #1 subletting homes. This is when you rent or lease a house and then sublet the
rooms and make money
Always go with the lowest rent for any subletting plan. You can do a lease option,
Rent to own homes? This is a great way to make money in any home and room renters
will pay for the lease option
Again Great for rent to own homes
Option #2 The one I like the best:
Subletting commerial property or small office space. Because I live in South Florida,
renting a small office is cheap, $200 a month but I always negotiate a lower price to
around $150 or even lower
Guys rentals are a dime $0.10 for 12. If you can not get a lower price with one landlord
go2 the next one. This is a business and not playing nice. Fuck the landlords
Your job is to get people to pay you to sublet the
office space by posting ads on Craigslist
Think of other ways to use that space: Start renting out mail boxes is another option.
Mail boxes on the cheap $10 to $30 a month In one office space I have 50 mail boxes or
mail slots that I rent for $20 each 50x$20 is $1000-$125 in rent= around $875 a month of
positive cash flow. I know, I know. Not all mail boxes are rented. It is just a example but
you can get $500 from this every month. See in Florida, the small business owner has to
have office space in the Sun Shine State to do business. I advertise on Craigslist for these
services
Option #3 Renting Warehouse space is like option #2, Again, you low-ball the owner,
then turn around and sublet. The key is advertising on CL
Remember!!! $0.10 for 12 If you can low ball the landlord then more on. For example,
There are 100’s for warehouses in Miami, Palm Beach, Tampa, New Jersey, New York,
Yes I saying NJ and NY. Start out slow locally then invest outside your area. Why
not????? I am!!! Be like Donald Trump of Subletting
The key is to get the sublease first then the rental space,remember get cheapest!!!
Quick note: Most states have laws stating the landlord does have to lease to you if you are subletting
his or her building. You can sublet and it is legal to do so.
The owner has the last word about you subleasing their property! Remember what I said $0.10 for
12 eggs


 FUCK THE OWNER!!!!
Move on to the landlord that will let you sublet
If you live NY, you are lucky, NY allows subletting.
You will have to sign any lease and sublease agreement like any other contract

1 WHAT IS A COMMERCIAL SUBLEASE? Whenever you enter into a Commercial
Property Lease, you sign an agreement with the property owner and agree to pay rent,
keep the place clean, etc. These leases usually last several years or more. If you want to
move, you may have to find someone to take your place. When you find that person, you
can allow them to become the tenant if you enter into a Commercial Sublease Agreement.

2 WHEN CAN I USE A COMMERCIAL SUBLEASE? If you are a tenant in a
 
commercial property, you may be able to assign your lease rights and duties to a third
party. To do this, you will first have to ensure the terms of the commercial lease allow for
such a transfer. You may have to ask permission of the landlord (property owner) first, or
you may be able to do so without their express consent. In other words, make sure you
check your lease.

3 HOW DO I ENTER INTO A COMMERCIAL SUBLEASE? You will need to make sure
 
a sublease is possible under the terms of the lease. Once you know you can do it, you'll
need to find a potential tenant. After you find them, you'll have to draft and enter into a
Sublease Agreement for Commercial Property that states the rights and duties of each
party.


4 WHAT NEEDS TO BE STATED IN THE SUBLEASE AGREEMENT? Because the
 
person you enter into the sublease with essentially becomes the new tenant, you will have
to make sure the terms of the sublease agreement makes it clear who is responsible for
what. Rent, duration, landlord's duties, tenant's duties, all of these issues must be made
clear so no one is confused as to what their responsibilities are.

5 CAN I ASSIGN PARTS OF THE LEASE? It may be possible to enter into a sublease
 
agreement where you only give part of the lease rights to the new party. Again, you'll
have to make sure it is ok with your landlord, but partial assignments may be possible. In
these cases, it is even more important to make sure the intentions of all parties are
expressed clearly and accurately.

6 Like any other legal agreement, your Commercial Sublease Agreement needs to be well
 
_drafted, easy to understand and precise. It doesn't do any good to anyone if your
agreement is incomplete or weighed down with draconian terms and conditions. Not only
that, but you want to make sure all parties involved can understand what their rights and
obligations are. Making sure your Commercial Sublease states your intentions clearly is
the best step you can take when the time for change comes around.

2 Posting advertisements for other local business owners




I like this part of the business because you have the power to post HTML codes on

of the cars on the lot
2. Local real estate brokers= $40 to $99 a month. Just copy there listing off their website.

3. Local law firms=$40 to $99 a month. Again use their website photos and stats.
. Any local services business,5.  like boat brokers! Look at the services section of CL
NOTE: You can offer too set up a Facebook page for that local business or any other
social networking website
Think guys remember most people do not know how to post a Craigslist ad or do not
have time?

Use mostly STOCK photos for most of your CL running
ads… Note>It save time and money if
you can use a stock picture for any client!!!

How to get local business to use you

1. Door to Door with your business cards

2. Cold phone calls

3. The businesses card with email, just steal biz cards or take and start emailing your
services or trade magazines

4. Local real estate clubs and other kinds of clubs You have to Network!!!!!

5. Bars. Find your local business bar. Give out your business card. Have a drink or
not?


3 Prosper.com and LeadingClub.com to get $100 a lead



Sorry to say this, You really do not make real good money with this. Maybe you can with 
these websites.
Sign up is free as a lender in order to get $100 a lead.
After you fax your ID to Prosper and set up your bank account
LeadingClub.com is much easier to start but they want $2,500 loan from a lead before
you get $100. It’s also free to sign up.
I say why not to $1000 a year! Not much but you will be on Craigslist.com most of your
time.
You can post “LOAN ADVERTISEMENTS” on Craigslist to just get 3 to 7 emails a day.
This is also a great way to advertise for your local clients or maybe a website company.
DO NOT spam these people but you can offer a small bone or two!

4. The numbers game on Craigslist is a good way to make money



Simple! Get some cash $500 to $1000 of your own money and start low-balling people
on Craigslist.com... For example
If they want $2000 for a car, ask them if they will take $500. You will get 1 out of 100 on
the average but there are a lot of ads on CL to play this game
I made deals over emails and cell phone calls!!!
Call or email 100 people a day and believe me you will get bank!!!!
There is a free section on Craigslist.com.. Please use the section, I made money on
re-selling the free junk on eBay or Craigslist again re-posting the same junk on the free
section and sold on a different “for sale” section on CL....


5. Posting advertisements for money investors

Simple answer? Why not
Posting on Craigslist is free to post every day 
POST EVERY DAY!!!!!!!! It is free!!!!!
You have 8 million people looking at Craigslist.com every day
And With a nice HTML code ad......


  • Place an ad in Craigslist saying “Fixer Upper – 60% below market value… etc.” Everyone who calls/emails… tell them the property already sold… then go through the whole thing of asking them what types of properties they are looking for… and get their info. Also you can with any business venture idea you may have.

Wow… I can go on and on. If you are trying to be a "first time home owner" Put a ad on Craigslist for money for a small down payment on a home... You may have to pay 6% to 10% on that loan by who cares.  You will just asking for a down payment of $10,000 or less!

Ways that a teenager can make easy money advertising on Craigslist. Create your own work on CL and be your own boss or contractor.

First, as a part time work over the summer or after school. Think of services you may want to offer?

For example,

1. Washing cars or boats*** use a pressure washer.

2. Cleaning rugs. ( If you do not have a rug cleaner? rent a rug doctor a your local supermarket )

3. Cutting lawns and yard pick up.

4. Cleaning houses.

5. baby sitting services.

6. Junk removal and recycle.

7. ***Pressure washing services. ( If you need a pressure washer? rent one for the day or use a friends. )

8. Car transportation services ( NOT a Taxis service ) but you help older people or disabled travel from point A to point B.

Placing a simple service ad on Craigslist in easy, free and fun. Alot of people locally would and will hire you because you are a teenager. People always want to help teenagers with a little cash in their pocket!
